Systems Status

Please Note:
IDEX takes scheduled maintenance on Sundays from 12am to 6am Central.
IDEX also does a Production build on Thursdays, between 9pm and 10pm Central that can cause a 10-20 minute outage of JDE, RFSmart, and TRA/X.

7/1/24 @ 10:00 AM - Microsoft has restored all services.

 

7/1/24 @ 7:30 AM - There's currently an issue with SharePoint pages, Teams files, and maybe OneDrive (both Teams files & OneDrive use SharePoint in the background).  A ticket has been submitted to Corp IT and they've acknowleged it as an outage (click here for their outage notification).  

5/18 @ 10:30 PM to 5/19 @ 3:30 PM - JDE and associated systems (RFSmart, Webi, etc.) will be down for quarterly patching.  Click here to follow the notification from Corp IT regarding the planned maintenance.  

5/9/24 @ 3:40 PM - Corp IT's issues were resolved.  

5/9/24 @ 9:15 AM - Corp IT has a critical server offline for a bit to correct an issue which may cause some slowness when doing anything network related (web browsing, accessing network drives, etc.).  Please be patient and what you're trying to do may eventually work.  They're hoping to have the situation remedied by 10:15-10:30 AM central.

4/1/24 @ 4:00 PM - JDE login services were restarted by Corp IT to fix the login issue.  Tested it out and confirmed it works.

4/1/24 @ 3:30 PM - JDE login is problematic where it works for some users not not others.

3/15/24 @ 8:15 AM - All systems have been restored

3/15/24 @ 6:30 AM - JDE, RFSMART, Precisions, WEBI, and PDM are all down due to an issue at IDEX's hosting center.  They are actively working on the situation.

2/28/24 @ 11 AM - The JDE issue that was discovered earlier turned out to be limited to another IDEX business unit.  There were no issues for us.  

2/28/24 @ 9:30 AM - There's an issue with entering pricing in JDE on new sales orders.  Corp IT is actively working to fix this.

2/17/24 @ 10:30 PM thru 2/18 @ 4:30 PM - Corp IT will be performing quarterly security update patching to JDE and it's associated systems (this includes RFSmart, Webi, Precision, and other systems).  Click here to follow their latest updates regarding the maintenance.

1/26/24 @ 1:00 PM - Microsoft has Teams back up but it is very slow trying to catch up with messages.  It should continue to get better after awhile.

1/26/24 @ 11:35 AM - Microsoft is reporting issues with Teams.  Some users are reporting not being able to send messages or make calls.  Microsoft is working on the issue.

1/15/24 @ 12:40 PM - The JDE login issues should be fully resolved now.  Corp IT had the hosting facility restart an authentication server to correct the issue.  

1/15/24 @ 10:00 AM - Logging into JDE is still an issue for a small number of users, but appears to be better than earlier.  Corp IT is still trying to pin down what's happening with the issue.  

1/15/24 @ 9:00 AM - It appears the issue has been resolved, although no explination or additional info was provided to us.  It's been working for users to log in.  If you run into a problem, please submit an IT ticket.  

1/15/24 @ 3 AM - There are some issues logging into JDE, but it may not affect everyone.  Corp IT has been notified.  

12/9 @ 12:00 PM - Internet issues should be resolved at Viking Road.

12/7 @ 12:05 PM - Computers at Viking Road around 12:05 PM will briefly disconnect/reconnect to the network to route their traffic through a different router.  The problem router will be rebooted at 12:10 PM.  Nothing should really be noticed at that time for most, except the VPGuest wireless internet will be down.  It should all be back up by 12:30 PM.  

12/7 @ 7:40 AM - There may be an issue with accessing some websites (sites like Concur which use your computer login passthru) at Viking Road (Machine Shop & Iron Foundry).  If you run into that, simply restart your computer and the issue should be fixed.  

11/22 @ 7:30 AM - The "Sign in with Microsoft" button works again when logging into JDE.

11/22 @ 6 AM - There's an issue with using the "Sign in with Microsoft" button to log into JDE.  As a workaround until Corp IT fixes it, please use the older login method that uses the User ID and Password fields.  If you don't know your JDE specific password, click here to submit a ticket requesting it to be reset.
